Bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024, at St. Mary Parish Library 206 Iberia Street, Franklin, LA 70538 and must be in a sealed envelope with “BID-SURPLUS VEHICLE” written on the front of the envelope. Bid form can be picked up at any branch of St. Mary Parish Library or at www.stmaryparishlibrary.org. Sealed bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024.
The property can be viewed at St. Mary Parish Library, 206 Iberia Street, Franklin, LA 70538 during business hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.).
All sales are final. Successful bidders must pay for the property with a cashier’s check or money order and remove the property within 5 business days after the bid has been awarded.
